Tom Mason combines strategic insight with a technical understanding of AI-driven discovery and representation. His work focuses on how large language models and answer engines resolve entities, infer trust, and form confidence when describing businesses. He holds certifications in AI for Business Leaders, How to Get Traffic from AI Systems, and Technical SEO, which underpin AwarenessAI's focus on AI representation, authority, and recommendation rather than traditional search metrics alone.

Alongside client work, Tom is the author of a book documenting first-hand observations from the early evolution of generative search. The book examines how AI systems construct brand narratives, how recommendation logic differs from classic search engines, and why clarity, consistency, and authority increasingly outweigh rankings alone.
