• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AwarenessAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
